Site Use
By accessing this website the user is deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use. ListBooks.co.uk reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and it is the users' obligation to check if changes have been made. If the user does not agree to obey these terms and conditions then the user must stop using this site immediately. If any of these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
User Details
You are responsible for selecting and remembering your username and password. You can always reset your password should you forget it via the password reminder page. It is your responsibility to keep these details safe. Please remember that we will never request your username or password details, so don't give them out to anyone.
You are required to provide and ensure all of your details are accurate at all times.
Accounts
I have no problem with anyone using their account to sell books for other people (although with the ease of creating an account I can't see a reason why you would), but be aware that you are responsible for those sales and any negative practices could mean the suspension or deletion of your account.
The operator of this site reserves the right to suspend or delete any account and all relevant listings without prior warning, without justification and with no avenue of appeal. The administrators decision is final.
Sales Guarantee
ListBooks.co.uk is only an advertising medium in the sales process, as such we take no responsibility and make no guarantees as to the condition or conduct of any of the users of or items listed on this site. By listing an item or making a purchase the user or seller waves all liability against ListBooks.co.uk and related persons of any kind of claim relating to any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause.
Listings
In order to make use of this site you must make all possible efforts (within reason) to ensure the accuracy and validity of the details of any item you offer for sale. Repeated disregard for this rule will lead to termination of your account.
All descriptions and text published on ListBooks.co.uk by the user must be legal, decent, honest, truthful.
Any listings accepted for publication on ListBooks.co.uk are done so with the administrators absolute discretion and the listing's copy may be edited at any time for any reason.
The operator of this site reserves the right to suspend or delete any listing without prior warning, without justification and with no avenue of appeal. The administrators decision is final.
Listing an item in no way guarantees a sale.
Abuse
Any user deemed to be abusing the system (by adding incorrect feedback, attempting to find loopholes, listing inaccurate items or any other activity) will immediately be banned and all of their listings withdrawn.
Any user found to be abusing anyone on the site (either via text they add to the site or communications sent via the site) will be banned immediately and, where applicable, information will be passed to the relevant authorities.
Liability
By registering you agree that, in the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's actions regarding this site, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to ListBooks.co.uk, and you release ListBooks.co.uk (and anyone associated with the site) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.
Site Downtime
The owner of this site is not responsible for any downtime and any resulting loss of sales. You are not entitled to seek any compensation in such circumstances.
Site Updates
This site will undergo periodic updates that will result in changes to either the way it works or how it looks, or both. This will be done without consultation with it's users and with no comeback from them.
Site Shutdown
This site can be taken down permanently at anytime without recourse of any kind from any of it's users.
